HPA Chemical Hazards and Poisons Report - Issue 19
Articles of particular interest to emergency medicine practitioners include lessons identified in communicating with hospital emergency departments during chemical incidents, investigating refrigerant leaks in healthcare settings, and potential increasing risks from carbon monoxide from shisha pipes and toxins from the sea. A searchable index of nearly 700 previous articles, including over 40 concerning chemical incidents and hospitals, is available.
Carbon Monoxide Information for Doctors
