An extended list of events that should never happen during care in the NHS has been unveiled by the DH in England, along with a powerful financial disincentive.
Sharing Best Practice - discharge advice for patients
The Best Practice subcommittee has established a section on the website where EDs can share discharge advice, local guidelines and proformas with other EDs, who are welcome to download and adapt them for local use.
